Currently, Angler Environmental is the owner of, and/or partner on, 5 mitigation banks in Virginia, representing over 250 wetland credits and 7 miles of streams. We have completed over 50 stream restoration projects to date, including design, permitting and/or construction, totaling over 10 miles. We are the only regional banker one can partner with that provides all necessary services, including in-house construction. We have the ecological expertise to maximize each site’s mitigation potential, the regulatory expertise for swift Mitigation Banking Instrument (MBI) development and approval, and highly-qualified operators and management staff (with over $2.5M worth of specialized ecological construction equipment) to construct our designs. Our involvement continues even after construction with in-house monitoring and maintenance of each site. We have never been involved with a failed mitigation project!
